ATRs: Which Swedish Princess Should I Marry?
So the Swedish Royal Family is in Copenhagen for a few days, and this brings up a question that has gone unanswered for far too long... which member of the Swedish Royal Family should I marry?
On the one hand, Princess Victoria is the Heir to the Swedish Kingdom... On the other hand, Princess Madeleine is The Duchess of Hälsingland and Gästrikland. Do I want an entire kingdom, or just a couple provinces to look after? Either one would mother beautiful Swedish babies, so that's a moot point... Both are collegiately educated: Princess Victoria is a Yale girl, whilst Princess Madeleine a U of Stockholm girl...
I've been loosing sleep over this... I could really use some feedback from the readers.

Further distruction of blondes...

In further news on the extinction of blondes:
Chinese Facing Shortage of Wives
China will have 30 million more men of marriageable age than women by 2020, making it difficult for them to find wives, according to a national report.
The gender imbalance could lead to social instability, the report by the State Population and Family Planning Commission warned.
It found that around 118 boys were born to every 100 girls in 2005.
A traditional preference for boys, in a country with a one-child policy, is the root of the problem, the report says.
Women with the possibility of producing blonde children... I also possess the genes to produce beautiful blonde children... Chinese men do not. If that is the only thing I have on them, I'll consider this a victory, and a date.

I feel personally responsible to do something about this...
The last natural blondes will die out within 200 years, scientists believe. A study by experts in Germany suggests people with blonde hair are an endangered species and will become extinct by 2202. Researchers predict the last truly natural blonde will be born in Sweden- the country with the highest proportion of blondes.But they say too few people now carry the gene for blondes to last beyond the next two centuries.
The problem is that blonde hair is caused by a recessive gene.In order for a child to have blonde hair, it must have the gene on both sides of the family in the grandparents' generation.The researchers also believe that so-called bottle blondes may be to blame for the demise of their natural rivals. They suggest that dyed-blondes are more attractive to men who choose them as partners over true blondes.

But Jonathan Rees, professor of dermatology at the University of Edinburgh said it was unlikely blondes would die out completely.
"Genes don't die out unless there is a disadvantage of having that gene or by chance. They don't disappear," he told BBC News Online.
"The only reason blondes would disappear is if having the gene was a disadvantage and I do not think that is the case. "The frequency of blondes may drop but they won't disappear."

It's more than Chemistry...

You should have paid more attention in Physics 001... The three deadly sciences: Chemistry, Biology, and Physics could come in handy when you decide to settle down with someone. My theory of these qualitative observations:
Biology -
DNA - How's the gene pool? Would your composite genes produce adorable offspring?
Ecology - can you live in the same ecosystem as this person?
Interaction of organisms - is the relationship co-operative, aggressive, parasitic or symbiotic?
Virus' - Do they have cooties?
Physics -
Magnetism - Are you attracted to this person on a molecular level? Opposites attract.
Thermodynamics - Does the room seem to heat up when they're around?
Statics - for every action... there an equal but opposite reaction by him/her (Newton was dead wrong about the "equal" part of this reaction, as we all know intensity of this reaction varies disproportionately with the action)
Quantum Physics - nobody understands this one... just like we never understand each other.
Chemistry -
Elements - What element are you? What element are they? Are you both noble gases or transition metals? Don't kid yourself, lithium and zirconium don't mix.
Reactions - When you two were brought together was there a reaction and the creation of an entirely different element? (can't change palladium to platinum I'm told)
Bonds - How do you bond?
Polar Covalent (share electrons equally)
Covalent (Share electrons unequally... someone's got the higher affinity and gets more)
Ionic (one of you has something that the other wants... gives up something to be a part of this bond)
Phase - Are you a solid, liquid, or gas? Do you melt or boil in the presence of this significant other?
